Shipping & Delivery Policy

To avoid delay in reaching your products, we would request you to fill the form accurately including door number, cross, street, area, contact number, landmark, pin code, etc. 

We would request you to please cross-check the details you filled in before you place the order.

Once you place the order, please be available to receive the parcel. Total 3 attempts will be made to deliver your products; after which it will be returned to the sender.

Please be available to receive the products for which you have placed the order, if the order is returned to the seller, you’ll have to bare the shipping charges to resend the products.

If a COD order is returned due to the unavailability of our customer to receive the parcel, even after 3 attempts of delivery, to reship the same order we would request you to do the payment in advance so that the order gets converted to prepaid order. After which we will be able to process your order.

COD orders placed on our website, customers will receive a phone call for the confirmation of the order, if there is no response from your end, the order will not be shipped to avoid RTO. Shipping charges are mentioned at the time of checkout and customers will know about this before making the payment.

We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipment. The delivery date cannot be guaranteed it depends on the courier partner and location, it may be delayed due to conditions beyond our control.

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Our courier partner requests an OTP to complete the delivery, OTP will be sent to the number mentioned at the time of placing an order, once the OTP is confirmed products will be handed over to you.
