Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

We believe that the order placed on our website is by your personal choice and towards the love for your skincare, as much as we love curating skincare products for our beloved customers. Once the order is placed on the website, it cannot be canceled or modified. All the products have been packed with the utmost care and cross-checked multiple times at different levels even before we dispatch the products by our packaging team.

However, in the rare case if the product is received in a damaged condition, If a product is missing from your order, or wrong order is received, a replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with proof of unboxing video of the sealed packaging, from the time of delivery.

Keeping things safe and hygiene for our customers, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of products once the product is shipped or delivered to you, until it’s in damaged condition, missing product, or wrong order. The products used or opened cannot be exchanged, on behalf of the safety of our customers and keeping in mind the ongoing pandemic situation. Damage caused due to improper usage, neglect and mishandling will not be covered under this. If u meet all the above conditions, please feel free to mail us the complete information along with the video, we require you to send us a proof of purchase along with a tracking id/ order id.

Refunds are not provided, Returns and exchange will be made only if the Wrong product or Damaged product is received which is in unused condition and should be informed to us within 24 hours of product delivery. Product from our end will be shipped in 3 to 5 working days.

The product will be shipped only after the proper inspection and based on the availability of the product and will receive an e-mail accordingly. In case there is no reverse pickup available in your pin code, you’ll have to voluntarily ship the products from your nearby courier partner and make sure the product is sealed properly. Please make sure to seal the package and mention your name, order id, complete address, mobile number which you will be available on the phone call, and the contact number provided at the time of placing an order. Once the package is shipped from your end, please share the scanned copy of the courier slip and tracking id/ order id in an e-mail.
