Is patch test is necessary for all the products ?
YES ! Even natural ingredients might cause allergic reaction to few skin types.
Can i edit / update / cancel my order once its confirmed ?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they've been placed.
What to do if my order is damaged or if i receive wrong product ?
We try our best to pack our orders carefully so that its protected during shipping. In case if you have received a wrong product, damaged (broken) condition replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with proof of unboxing video, from the time of delivery. Replacement will not be done for small scratches/ dents
How long does it take for the order to arrive ?
Your order will be received in 3 to 5 working days, excluding the day u have ordered.
